Arrive airport, we will pick you up and drive you to Our Majestic Riad Located at the Medina. After breakfast in Marrakech and start exploring Marrakech ” the red city of Morocco” Your guide will ensure that you see the most important places of historical and cultural interest, including the Saadien tombs; the Palaces of El Bahia and El Badi; and the Ben Youssef Coranique school. Lunch at a restaurant near the square, then in the afternoon visit the Majorelle Gardens and the Koutoubia tower. As we will take you to the Palmerie and get a short Camel Ride Experience through the Palm Grove Oases Outskirts of Marrakech, return to the City and get to enjoy one of a brilliant Nights of Marrakech “ If you want per request” “ to have having a special evening at the Fantasia and watch a fantasia show with Dinner there and return” Otherwise, will drop you back at the Riad to stay overnight.
After Breakfast at your riad, we will drive to the wind city Essaouira where you will visit ,the Skala Fortress, the port, the souks and see Thuya wood carved by artisans; walk through the alleys of the medina and view hundreds of handicrafts.
Essaouira is known for its strong winds most of the year so it is known as the “City of the wind” thus it attracts surfers from all over the world.
Essaouira knew many civilisations – including the Portuguese occupation, which affects much of its architecture – however, it remains a small village with much history. Because of its size and its characteristic blue doors and washed walls, it is also regarded as Morocco’s “Jewel of the Atlantics. Your visit includes the Mellah – the Jewish headquarter, and the beach. There is an annual festival of “Gnawa music”, where many musical groups come from different parts of Africa and the world. Afternoon, you will travel to Marrakech. Just after Essaouira we’ll stop to visit the women’s co-operative of Argan oil. Here they extract the oil that is famous for its culinary, cosmetic and medical properties. All the area of Essaouira and the surrounding is famous for the argan trees where you see goats climbing the trees to get fruit they can’t find on the ground. Back to Marrakech in the afternoon, Overnight at Riad. BB
After breakfast in your riad , leave to the village of Imlil and the Toubkal area. Today you will travel along the magnificiant Moulay Brahim Gorges and enjoy the fascinating landscape and the berber villages along the valleys. After couple of hours drive, get to Imlil village, a remarkable berber village, with a storng berber culture, in the high Atlas smountains. After cheching in to your hotel, go for hike within the valley and meet the berbers of the area. Here you will experience the real berber culture and enjoy the Moroccan hospitality. Overnight Kasbah Toubkal or Similar. BB
After breakfast at the Kasbah, you will have an explorative journey of the area where you will enjoy the Berber Culture. You will have the choice to hike for few hours within the valley and watch the fascinating views over the highest peak in North Africa. You will also walk to the village of Arumd, a small Berber village with a strong culture. On the afternoon, you may like to stay at the Kasbah and admire breathtaking views over the Atlas Mountains. Overnight at Kasbah Toubkal. BB.
After your breakfast, we will depart for Ouarzazat through the famous Tizi Ntichka pass (2260m), over the High Atlas Mountains, snow on its peaks most of the year. Appreciate the beauty of the landscape on the twisted road and the remarkable Berber villages along the journey.
We’ll get to Ait Ben Haddou village, where stands the famous kasabah , built by the last Berber chieftain El Glaoui Ethami, late 19th century. The Kasbah is recognised as a UNESCO matrimonial historical site, now a house of many Glaoui family members. Lunch by the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou and continue to Ouarzazat, “the Hollywood of Africa”, where you have the option to visit and see many props used in movies you may already have seen such as Gladiator, and Alexander the Great.
Overnight accommodation will be in a hotel in Ouarzazat. Dinner bed and breakfast. DBB.
After breakfast in the hotel, we will leave to explore the fascinating Dades and Rose Valleys. Your first stop will be at Skoura to walk within the Birds Valley and visit the beautiful and well preserved Kasbah of Ameridil. Then we’ll continue to the famous village of Kalaa M’gouna, famous for its roses and rose products. A rose festival is held here every May, when the roses are harvested. Since this is the road of the thousands Kasbahs you’ll have plenty of opportunities to take some beautiful pictures. Our journey continues to the Dades Gorge where you enjoy seeing the amazing Rock formation called “the monkey Toes” and the standing Kasbah of Kasbah Ait yul. After that we will drive to the hotel. Dinner bed and breakfast. DBB.
After breakfast in the hotel, you leave to Merzouga via the Todra Gorge and Rissani. After the town of Tinghir , you get to the Todra Gorge, the narrowest and the highest in the region. Watch the panoramic views of the old mud Berber villages overlooking the valley. Lunch in a restaurant under 200m high red cliff of the gorge. Hundreds of rock climbers come to enjoy their preferred sport here. Continue your trip to Erfoud and Rissani then through the open black desert to the village Merzouga where you will be welcomed with a glass of mint tea before you check in to your Riad. Bed Dinner and Breakfast. DBB.
After breakfast in your hotel, you will start an explorative journey of the area. You’ll visit the Gnawa people, originally slaves brought from Sudan, to experience their music and lifestyle. Not far away there’s the lake of Merzouga, with its bird populations. You may also visit the nomad wire house where many Berber handicrafts are priced lower than in the big cities. On the afternoon you will mount your camel, guided by an experienced camel man to explore within the sand sea of Merzouga. Dinner in front of the tent where you will spend the night (the camp in equipped with flash-toilets and shower). Overnight at Royal Camp. DBB
Early morning your camel guide will wake you up to watch what well may be the best sunrise in your life. Afterwards you will camel trek back to your riad in Merzouga. After breakfast in the riad, you’ll travel to Errachidia via the towns of Risani and Erfoud . in Risani you will have the opportunity to walk within the authentic Souk, full with vegetables, spices, dates and alot more; here you will see alot of conservation with men hooded and women veiled. Your journey will continue to Errachidia along the magnificent rich Ziz valley. You will have a stop to enjoy the panoramic view over the ziz Canyon, Get some Family hospitality with the family then, you will travel to Fes via Midlet and Ifran. Your journey will be along the rich Ziz Gorges carved through volcanic rock and through the Tizi Ntalghamt Pass to Midelt. Stop in Zaida to enjoy a barbecue and refresh with a glass of mint tea then continue your journey to Azrou, a berber village in the Middle Atlas Mountains, before which we stop to see the Barbarian apes in the famous Cedar forest. On to Ifran “the French village”, stop for a picture or a drink then drive to your accommodation in Fes, riad. BB
Most of the day will be spent visiting the medina (the old city) and its alleys – including the famous tanneries and the Quaraouine mosque. Your vist includes the Jewish headquarter and the royal palace. After lunch in a typical Moroccan restaurant in the Medina, you’ll visit the Merinid tombs and experience a wonderful panoramic view of the city. On the afternoon you will have a short walk in the new city before you go back to your riad. Overnight accommodation will be at your riad in Fes. BB
After breakfast in your riad, you will travel to Chefchaouen via Meknes and Volubilis. In Meknes you will see the famous Bab Mansour gate, the Sahrij Souani basin, and the Mausoleum. Your will continue to the Roman site of Volubilis where you will see some beautiful Mosaic dating to 25BC. On to Chefchaouen where you will stay at Riad.BB
After breakfast in your riad start exploring the Medina of Chefchaouen. it is a beautiful unique city with its white washed walls and its blue doors, and windows. Unlike many parts of Morocco, this city was occupied by Spain; therefore there is much influence of the Spanish civilisation and architecture. You have the opportunity to meet locals and walk in this beautiful Medina. Overnight at Riad. BB.
After Breakfast in your riad, you will travel to Tangier port for your departure. Tour ends at the port/ The tour can end as well at the air-port in Casablanca if you wish.
